What specific goals or objectives did you hire Upsster Labs to accomplish?

• We hired Upsster Labs to design and build a social media mobile app called Spine. The goal was to create a platform where users could connect easy and fast with practitioners, teachers, attend events, educate their consciousness and form meaningful connections through a clean, intuitive experience, much like a social network built specifically for the holistic community.
• Before working with them, we had many disappointing experience with indian teams that couldn’t deliver a working product. Upsster Labs stepped in, helped us rethink the structure, and completely rebuilt the app from scratch, transforming the concept into a fully functional holistic social media platform.

They took full ownership of the project, including product design, UX/UI, and development for both iOS and Android. Their team built everything from the ground up: user authentication, event browsing, profiles, messaging, push notifications, and backend integration. They also handled testing and refinement after the initial launch. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app launched successfully and was positively received by early users. We’ve onboarded known practitioners, many healers, and started to build an engaged community. Feedback has been great, particularly around the design and ease of use.

Yes they allways delivered in time or communicated upfront if there were some delays ahead. No surprises, great product build.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've saved the project after many failed attempts with other teams, which already speaks high volumes. They’re dependable, fast-moving, and bring a strong sense of ownership. What stood out most is that they think like product partners, not just developers. They challenged ideas when needed and kept the user experience front and center. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Upsster Labs could have done differently?

Nothing major. A few more design iterations up front might have helped clarify some early details, but they were quick to adapt and align.
