Our branding and website were created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. Since we didn’t have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired UPCORE to do branding and develop website for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We searched online for web developers and after interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting with a designer, marketer, developer and project manager to discuss our goals and objectives. They follow Agile so it’s very easy for us to see what they have done in each sprint.

A project manager was the main point of contact throughout the process. Besides that, there were also designer, marketer, developer, tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a 80% increase in traffic and our incoming leads doubled month over month. Clients love the new design and they have a better understanding of our services.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The business owner was impressed with their competence and wants to hire them on for additional projects. Thanks to the ongoing improvements, the team is available for direct client contact. This reduces the time taken to process requests. Being able to contact the developers immediately cuts down on any miscommunications.

When we first started, we spent time crafting and designing the mockups of the platform. After that, the developers went forward and began building. We implemented the best cloud storage and other third-party services that best fit our product. Overall, the majority of the work their team did was writing code.

They have one Product owner, Project Manager, Technical leader, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched the first version over a month ago, and we’re still working together. There have been a few minor bugs, but that come with the territory. Although we have just launched, we have received good feedback with the accounts that are using our platform so far.

Given the scale of my project, I was impressed by the capacity of the Upcore developers. They earnestly put in a lot of thought and effort into the project.
