Our cooperation began with support in the maintenance and development of our online store. Due to the development of the store and the greater number of orders, there was a need to streamline the operation of the store, to process orders faster and to develop new functionalities. We have switched to the modern version of PrestaShop.

We have prepared the store for integration with the ERP system. UpBrand also supports us in building and developing online stores for franchise partners. We are currently working together on the development of the website, introducing new functionalities that improve the user experience.

We have constant contact through: Jira, Teams and during cyclical virtual meetings - thanks to which we plan joint work in advance and set priorities. We are informed about potential threats or possible delays. Tasks are carried out by UpBrand at the time we set - depending on the availability of programmers and the complexity of the project.

A big plus is communication, the ability to talk / discuss. Also, we appreciate their ability to find better solutions and ways to fix our problems.
