I am a partner in an e-commerce store.

For what projects/services did your company hire Unreal Growth Digital, and what were your goals?

We have had a couple of iterations of our site and we started to leverage the trend to online shopping which accelerated during COVID. We were looking for a way to get traffic and conversions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met Daniell at a small business expo in Brisbane. Daniel followed us up and kept us in the loop for what could be a solution to our startup woes. An online store is an oasis in a desert and knowing how to navigate the desert matters greatly.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We essentially had no traffic and had only sold to people we knew. We understood that there were a number of options and apps to use to help us sell our tea and knowing which ones to use was quite confusing. Daniel provided us with suggestions for where to advertise and took the hard work out of how to make that happen.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We quadrupled our sales by doubling our ad spend. We have traffic that is converting and are looking at the next steps to build a database and leverage those customers further to greater increase the return on our investment to date.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Daniel prefers to give suggestions and allows us to make our decisions so we have full ownership of our where we are headed. We communicate primarily through What's Ap and email and have Zoom meetings and conversations on the phone where and as necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we first look at Daniel and Unreal Growth what impressed me most was the hard figures he provided on a site with similar low-priced items as we have. He demonstrated that he could drive traffic, optimize and convert.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A clearer focus on numbers, by comparison, would assist us in further streamlining our business decisions.
