I’m the owner of a clothing brand. We have summer and winter collections.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Unitedsol designed and developed my site. They’re also working on our site’s on- and off-page SEO strategies. Furthermore, they perform keyword research, and they give me reports on ranking factors.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know how many people they have working for me, but I believe that they have separate development and SEO teams. The team lead is my only point of contact.

How did you come to work with Unitedsol?

I heard a lot about them. My friend referred me to Unitedsol, and I liked the work they showed me. They had worked with clients from Dubai, the US, and Canada, and they also had reasonable rates.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Unitedsol in January 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before our partnership started, I noticed that my site wasn’t showing up in Google searches for some targeted keywords. However, that has changed based on a recent report from Unitedsol. Currently, our site is ranking on the first or second page for many terms now.

How did Unitedsol perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team lead shows me the work on a daily basis or weekly if I don’t have time. I contact them on WhatsApp if I'm not at the office. Otherwise, we use email for communication and reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always accommodating when I need a design change. Unitedsol is a friendly team and easy to work with, and it’s beneficial for me to work with them. I know that I can contact Unitedsol whenever I have an issue with the site because they’re really nice.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that they should change.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d tell the client to trust them and establish good communication. Unitedsol knows what’s going on in the market, and they come up with good ideas.
