Unisoft™ Systems Limited has been in the full life-cycle software development and the global IT arena since 1999. The company has been developing and marketing various enterprise solutions and packages, including UniACC, UniCare Health Management Information System (UniCare HMIS), UniPOS™, Microcredit Management System, UniVAT™ and UniERP™ for various industries. The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has approved the UniVAT™ system as one of the only five systems to be used as VAT software solution in Bangladesh. Additionally, Unisoft™ has been custom developing software solutions for many local and international customers. In the recent years, the company has invested heavily on the research and development (R&D) and has leveraged its gained business knowledge and technical expertise in developing a Business Solutions™ platform for all business sectors. The Core UniERP™ and various industry specific packages for small, medium and large enterprises that are built on top of this Business Solutions™ platform make Unisoft™’s software packages very robust and superior compare to other business solutions available in the market. Unisoft™ is a private limited company, which was incorporated on April 12, 2000, under the Companies Act of Bangladesh, 1994. The company’s board directors have graduated from various reputed universities, including Cambridge University, University of Oklahoma, University of Ohio, University of Maryland, City University of New York, Cyprus College and IBA. Unisoft™ directors also possess Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified PMP® and American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality / Organization Excellence (ASQ CMQ/OE) professional certifications.
