Writing web applications in the LAMP stack per client specifications.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The key reason I decided to use UnionStack was the communication and commitment to perfection.

Requirement gathering, writing client specifications, creating mockups, architecting out the solution and bringing it all to life. Typically Laravel and MySQL, i.e. LAMP stack, with VueJS front end.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with about 3 people at UnionStack, 2 were developers and one is my main point of contact.

They always deliver on time and work extra as needed to ensure a reliable release.

Discord chat and daily communication - when they start work, when they take breaks, and when they leave.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely the communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No I don't think so.
