How many teammates from UnifiTechs were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

UnifiTechs worked with us on Learn OES, a centralized Education Operating System designed to bring essential school administration and daily operations into one connected platform. The project focused on organizing enrollment workflows, student and family records, classroom information, staff coordination, parent communication, and operational procedures in a unified environment. Key deliverables included a centralized operations dashboard, structured information management, connected administrative workflows, and a technology foundation designed to support greater operational visibility and future growth.
The platform was designed to help reduce reliance on disconnected spreadsheets and applications, improve information accessibility, and create more consistent processes across our educational operations. An important part of the project was aligning the software with the practical needs of early childhood education providers rather than forcing the organization to adapt to a generic business management system. The broader vision was to create a flexible solution that can evolve with our programs, support leadership decision-making, and allow educators and administrators to spend less time managing fragmented processes and more time focusing on children, families, and educational quality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success is measured by the implementation of centralized dashboards, family portal access, attendance workflows, lesson planning, digital SOPs and checklists, and public event information. These capabilities provide a foundation for reducing manual coordination and improving operational visibility.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The UnifiTechs team approached the project with a strong understanding of our needs as an early childhood education provider. They focused on developing a solution aligned with our operational goals, including streamlining administrative workflows, organizing school information, and creating better visibility across day-to-day operations. Communication centered on the project vision and how the platform could adapt to our needs as our organization grows. We appreciated the emphasis on customization, practical functionality, and building a flexible technology foundation for the future of our school. The team was receptive to our requirements and focused on creating a solution that reflects the realities of managing an education business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about UnifiTechs was its ability to approach education technology from an operational perspective rather than simply offering another software application. Learn OES is designed around the real challenges of running an early childhood education organization, connecting administrative workflows, enrollment, student and family information, staff coordination, and classroom operations within one unified system. We especially value the focus on customization, forward-thinking technology, and building a platform that can evolve alongside our organization. The vision goes beyond digitizing paperwork—it is about creating smarter operations that give school leaders greater visibility and more time to focus on children, families, and educational excellence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UnifiTechs could have done differently?

One opportunity for improvement would be to establish even more structured milestone reviews and feedback sessions throughout the development process. Overall, we value the vision behind Learn OES and believe that ongoing collaboration, clear milestones, and iterative improvements will help maximize its long-term value for our organization.
