I’m the director of a portal for art galleries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Under2?

Initially, I needed some SEO work done. Eventually, I wanted a whole new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Under2 did everything from helping with my concept to some brief SEO work. I decided I wanted to move away from SEO and focus on a better site. The team developed my new WordPress site from scratch. The team helped me select which platform to use and facilitated the migration of my database, too. Under2 has also redesigned my site again since the initial build.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two directors, four developers, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Under2?

I read a business guru’s book and attended a related workshop. One of Under2’s directors was also at that workshop. He seemed to know what he was talking about and we started discussing SEO. Another friend of mine also recommended them, too.  

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent £40,000–£50,000 ($55,000–$69,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and the latest version of my site went live in November 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Under2 is very responsive to my requests.  Depending on my budget and the task itself, they turn things around pretty quickly. They offer alternative solutions if they think there’s a better course of action, too. Users generally like the site. It’s simple, quick, clean, and user-friendly.

How did Under2 perform from a project management standpoint?

They do well. They’re quite pragmatic and flexible. If I go over budget for one month, they move it over to the next one. The team has robust and professional processes in place. I’ve got a main point of contact that I go through and there’s a system for me to log things I want them to look at.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would recommend Under2 without a doubt.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m happy with how things are.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As with any agency, be as clear as possible with what you want upfront. Communicate and spell it all out as if you’re talking to a small child. It’ll offer more clarity.
