Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of TwoPlayer which is a marketing and design agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Two Hours Sleep, and what were your goals?

We partnered with Two Hours Sleep as a primary go-to web development agency. We look for not only one-to-one development results from our designs but also ways to improve functionality, good communication, and effective problem-solving skills.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have a long working history together and we trusted their performance and ability to deliver.

Designs get handed to Two Hours Sleep and we'll have an initial call to go over the designs to make sure we're all aligned. Once the site is 90% complete, we'll review and do internal QA before we reach 100% to hand off to the client.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There's a project manager that we work closely with who is very attentive and relays any tasks that need to get scheduled. Along with 3-4 developers that we work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our clients are always thrilled when they receive their launched website.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We work closely with the project manager and use Asana to schedule tasks. Slack is a key communication tool that we use to reach each other's teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I prefer working with them, they were people who can critically think and suggest better ways of doing things versus just doing what they are asked.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hiring more project managers/developers for more bandwidth.

I am a brand storyteller and have my own branding and design company for the last 10 years. We work with mission driven entrepreneurs to help them create and launch impactful brands.

We collaborate with Two Hours Sleep for the development portion of our custom website projects. Our main goals are to have them build a website based off our designs and add in the ideal functionality to bring this site to feel and be next level.
