Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and CEO of a tech startup called Enigma. Enigma is The Zero Party Consumer-to-Brand Permissioned Data Platform.

We engaged Tuplescale to augment our internal Mobile Apps and backend services. Our goals were to find a skilled trusted partner that could help us scale quickly and cost efficiently.

We evaluated Tuplescale based on their ability to execute on our stated goals: (1) skilled mobile and backend services that were (2) cost efficient.

Working in a fairly agile environment wrapped into standard sprint cycles - we kicked off our our engagement with Tuplescale like we would any other project - by having a meeting to discuss desired outcomes, reviewing epics and user stories and finally developing a customized plan of execution. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The quality of work and attention to detail stood out. I look at the Tuplescale team as though they are an extension of my own team. I have a high degree of trust in their ability not only to get the job done but to exceed expectations doing so.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We typically communicated via email and Jira. Communication with the team was literally never an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tuplescale's team brings value to the engagement. They are not just an outsourced dev shop. They care about the work product and contribute valuable feedback on input ranging from UX to technical architecture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think driving the project more from within a tool like Jira could help the end customer better understand three critical metrics like: (1) what was worked on, what is being worked on, and what's next.
