What challenge were you trying to address with Tudio Systems?

I hired Tudio to build a website for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tudio created a WordPress website for my business. We didn’t have a logo, so they went in and created everything for me. I gave them a creative direction, and they worked to turn it into reality. They came up with all ideas and presented a few options to me. 

In terms of features, the website was created to promote my speaking and consulting services. It presented my experience and services and allowed end users to consult with me. Using the website, people could book a time to speak with me. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with about three people, namely the project manager, a creative person, and somebody from their technology team. 

How did you come to work with Tudio Systems?

Tudio was a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January–November 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The new website helped increase my site traffic by 500%. My conversion was also up by 80%. Overall, Tudio met my expectations.

How did Tudio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

They met my deadlines and worked within my budget. In terms of tools, we used Google Meet to communicate and Zoho to manage the engagement. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills and project management were great. They stayed on top of everything. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. I truly had a great experience.
