No. On-demand support is available without a required contract or monthly subscription. If your business needs an ongoing IT relationship, we can discuss managed monthly support and agree on the scope and pricing together.

Scheduled support is $150/hour, same-day or emergency support is $250/hour, and after-hours or weekend support is $300/hour. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. Emergency and after-hours work is arranged directly, subject to availability. Managed monthly support is priced by negotiation.
