In 2003, two lifelong friends and co-workers experienced a growing need for a customer-centric approach to delivering technology and consulting services.  From their vantage point as a client themselves, a customer-centric approach means taking the time to really listen to your customer and understanding not only what they do as a business but who they are as a company.
