Phase 1 - Business Process Review of System with Co-setup

• Business Rules Process Setup and Integration to System 
  • A system development starts with business processes and mapping. From here, the vendor shall develop it to align with the business objective. A business process flow and system flow are different, and the consultant key focus is ensuring that the business flow is streamlined with the right level of control vs flexibility from the system.
  • Deliverable: Initial business process. Project completion business process with integration of system flow.
• System Co-setup and Appraisal according to benchmarking of similar system
  • Consultant will co-setup the system, such as data filling, checking on the options, setting, configurations with the vendor and client. With the knowledge gained from such in-depth and hands-on walkthrough, he shall find similar system and benchmark the system functions.
  • Deliverable: Benchmarking and appraisal report.
• Gap Analysis with actions to close easy-to-accomplish tasks or easy-to-solve issues
  • From the system walkthrough, consultant shall perform a gap analysis between current and desired, with the objective to close up those identified as easy-to-accomplish or easy-to-solve items. The purpose is to make the system more robust.
  • Deliverable: Gaps and gaps closure report
