We hired TruPopel to create a custom visualization platform to help showcase our industry leading data. Within this platform, we required dashboards that provided metrics, along with the ability to run custom queries on large scale data sets. Deliverables included creation of the platform, clean, clear, crisp UI/UX and the ability to run real-time data queries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivery of the platform based on an aggressive timeline, with a limited budget, and a client base that is demanding, knowledgeable and vocal. Able to incorporate feedback and changes in a timely manner while also keeping to our tight timelines.

TruPropel has an amazing team that was always available to us. We conducted ongoing meetings that provided updates within their sprints, which provided a high level of comfort, as this was our first instance utilizing their services. Communication was ongoing, and as much or as little as we liked. They tailored their approach very much to our needs, which was refreshing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are in the automotive space. In past experiences, when we worked with an outside vendor, we had to teach them about our business, which made it very difficult for them to relate to our industry and our needs. 

In the case of TruPropel, they are a development shop first, but due to their deep knowledge of the automotive space from past clients, they were able to relate to us almost immediately and actually provided suggestions based on industry needs that they had gained familiarity from. They are truly a wonderful hybrid, which gives them a leg up.

TruPropel, developed a complete identity graph technology consuming and ingesting over 14 billion consumer records an developed a seamless data collection and living database system for identifying individual users at the household level, creating a deterministic identity graph curating a first party data validated personal record.

The team also then created with DrivenIQ the matching system to ensure authentication and accuracy of the information and created the necessary UI/UX audience management platform to ensure that customers could identity data, normalize data behind a consistent persistent digital identification identifier and then syndicate the data across all digital platforms and integration system.

The team scoped, architected, coded, managed roadmap, and integrated data to create the first audience data platform on the market that scales and models data in milliseconds.

Their team is super communicative, and coming from a company that had to fire 2 other teams before landing on TruPropel, I can tell you there’s not another Rolls-Royce of developers. Again, we can’t explain enough how much this team has revolutionized the industry were leading. This team is unique in that they can build and develop what you want and ask for, and do it in a way that you won’t believe. In a world, where speed and competitive time to market matters - you can’t afford to not use TruPropel. The team runs like a high performance formula one team, and they are the equivalent of when you see the teams take and change tires and a pit stop in 2.3 seconds, this is the development equivalent.

You don’t get to this level of expertise overnight and you don’t encounter this type of a team that can take your project on. What we found most impressive is that when we were able to create the vision this team executed and then brought additional value and features that other teams would never have seen or thought to see, research and analysis of your business is something theses folks take seriously.

And when it comes to choosing a partner don’t just pick one because it’s cheaper or cost effective, choose one that will learn and know your business like you know your business - you can’t pay for that kind of investment into the project and this is the value this team holds its standard to.
