Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Initially was hired to produce a TV commercial for the law firm. Produced the storyboard, scripts, description for the ad. After bar approval, which Trueba Media also handled, the ad was recorded. After the final ad was complete, TV spots were negotiated with several media companies, and aired in same for a period of 3-4 months. Additionally, radio ad was also completed and aired in several radio stations and media apps. Billboards were also designed and later displayed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Substantial increase in potential clients who saw the TV ad and also the radio ad. There was a clear increase in intake calls after the ads were aired and Trueba Media was able to reach targeted audiences and conducted substantial research in which geographical areas to target.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Response rate was fast for nearly the entire project. The TV ad recording had to be postponed once due to the law firm having a last minute scheduling conflict and Trueba Media did an exceptional job rescheduling. The bar had edits to the TV ad after the initial recordings and Trueba Media accommodated the necessary edits on time.

I was impressed with what Trueba Media was able to negotiate with several media companies. For the amount of high quality airtime we received, our money was well spent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trueba Media | Marketing Agency could have done differently?

From the initial conversation with the law firm, Trueba Media disclosed that they were not familiar with the rules and regulations regarding advertising for law firms. We appreciated the forthcoming honesty. This became a non-issue as Trueba Media quickly caught up with the requirements.
