I'm a project and senior account manager at Greenhat Vietnam, a marketing solutions company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Troodon Labs?

We were looking for a tech company to build a website for an upcoming event.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Troodon Labs built a website for us, including the UI/UX design; we provided the necessary info and content and created the platform. The website was initially to promote an upcoming sports event, including the sale of tickets. In terms of functionalities, there was a site map capable of scaling up for continual use for multiple events and ticket sales.

What is the team composition? 

We worked with a UI/UX designer, a technical manager, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Troodon Labs?

A friend introduced them to me, and we felt confident in their ability to provide what we needed.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,000 with them on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–April 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I love the unique UI/UX they designed; it stands out from others on the market. They worked quickly and produced quality work. Feedback has also been positive; several people said they were impressed, and I may be hiring them to work on another project soon. 

How did Troodon Labs perform from a project management perspective?

They finished with a tight timeline and on budget. In terms of communication, we had weekly meetings and used Google Drive, Trello, and Notion for design.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their commitment and high-quality work were the most special treats about their work for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They're a small company, so I’m not sure if they could handle a large project.

Clearly explain the full scope of requirements and goals to them so they can present the best solution for you.

I'm the Athlete Development, Operation. We organize sport event (Marathon, Triathlon, Cycling...) and we sell tickets to our sports events and more

Our company used the ticketing service. We also don't have IT team in-house so we hire this team for the development and maintain the platform

Adapt our requirements, especially in price affordable with our budget And give us the clear road map of product

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Design and coding all registration platform until it go live. Provide a training session, documents to use this system, support the team when the system go live even on site.
