Orienjo is a travel mobile app providing tons of professinally crafted itineraries for the places over the world. It has a sophisticated powerful AI planning engine which is unique in the travel industry providing reliable, precise itineraries for people's dreaming trip. We also provide professionally hand-made itineraries upon submitting a request form in the app. 

All in all, we provide all the creative and rich travel ideas and contents enriching people's trip.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Trixly AI Solutions to accomplish?

• Develop a powerful AI system generating reliable and precise itineraries
• The AI system must have a sophisticated prompt system to achieve the precise travel contents..
• Images from thousand cities and locations in the world must be included in the card, but no cost when searching and downloading.
• Google Maps and location POI buttons must be included inside of the final content. Directing people to the Google Maps and seeing image details of the location.
• We are strictly controlling the budget and simplifying the development for both iOS and Android Apps.
• The final AI system must be compatible with iOS and Android and seamless.
• A simple CMS managing the AI location content needs to be developed.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The entire AI travel planner development for our Orienjo App is not easy as we have very limited budget to build up a comprehensive AI planning system but requring very precise and reliable results for users to trust on. 

The entire development was scoped within the web-app to minimise the cost but still we have to test back and forth for the best AI generated content with our back-end unique prompt system. 

Trixly team helped on the entire development coding, debugs and being very patient for any requests from us and finally through 5 months development, the entire AI system being successully developed and they also assist on making the web-app compatible to our iOS and Android app. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The entire web-app being very seamless and perfectly compatible with mobile apps. The AI results are refined for precision. With the map integration, the final result showing highly user-friendly. The main challenge is the complex and unique prompt system that Trixly team overcomed. 

Finally, the AI system being very successfully done and through the beta test user feedback, they are impressed.

They manage the project very well, and always finish the work for UAT before the deadline. And they work very hard to keep customers happy and being super patient for adjustments, and optimisation. The team leader Muhammad is superb and respond me very quickly all the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are so responsible and always keep our budget control in mind. Their coding job is excellent and really bug-free. With some extra requests, they are always willing to assist. And most important is they are so patient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trixly AI Solutions could have done differently?

We are still left Google Map to be optimised better and will work together again soon. However, hopefully, next time, they could investigate the Google API and interaction more so we can have better motion as the user interaction. 

We will sort this out in the future.
