We needed a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Triguns designed and developed our website. I initially gave them a call and told them what I wanted. I didn’t have any content, but I provided them with the assets, such as photos. They worked on everything from there. The team also ensured that it was a responsive website that worked on mobile devices and hosted it on GoDaddy.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with 4–5 teammates from Triguns, including a designer, two developers, and a marketing person.
How did you come to work with Triguns?
They were a referral. We came to know them from one of our friends, and then we hired them to work on our website.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.

We worked together from June–July 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Triguns did a great job on the development. The website was already launched, and I received a couple of conversions, which had never happened before. It was much better than how it was before. In fact, Triguns featured my website on their website with my permission.
How did Triguns perform from a project management standpoint?
From day one, Triguns kept in touch with me, and they remained in contact throughout the project. When they designed the homepage and other pages, they got my feedback. They also worked on a couple of variations based on that.
As for communication tools, they initially insisted on using Basecamp or Slack, but I didn’t have time to learn those tools, so we used email communication. We also used phone calls and Skype.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Triguns' designer was very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Triguns has a very good team of people working for them, and they've been part of this market for a long time, as they've been in business for 20 years. Moreover, I was impressed with their quick turnaround time. I had hired a couple of people in the past, but I was never satisfied with the results. However, Triguns developed an awesome website in less than a month, and their design skills were very good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think they need any improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Outline everything you want in terms of project analysis. They’re good at requirement analysis. Once you provide them with the details, they’ll come up with a lot of good ideas.
