Then we moved into planning timelines, technologies, and the team structure. Some of the key features we’re working on include: A property listing database with detailed info Alerts for registered users when properties update Filters and fast search Virtual property tours with videos/photos Cross-sharing of listings between agents Integrated maps for locations Agent appointment scheduling with a calendar Simple sign-up/login with email or phone verification Their team included a project manager, a UI/UX designer, a QA engineer, and three software engineers.

So far, it’s been about four months, and we’re in the design stage. The web and app screens look really solid. It’s still too early to talk about functionality, but the progress has been steady and we’re happy with the direction.
