They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100 pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also reviewed the scope. After the scope was approved, the team began the project launch and moved into the design phase. They started with low-fidelity wireframes and swimlanes, then progressed to high-fidelity designs, which are nearing completion. The next step is turning the project over to the development team, with the goal to finish by the end of November 2025. Additionally, the Tridhya Tech Limited team provides consultancy to help us grow the app, advising on customer support workflows, recommended tooling, and connecting us to other partners who can help.
