We started with discovery meetings for the eCommerce portal developments for one of our customers. After the discovery phase was completed, we moved on to wireframes and HTML jobs. After finalizing the HTML, they focused on eCommerce features development and CMS. We had weekly meetings to review progress and so on. Within a defined time frame, we got the portal ready and also assigned the digital marketing job especially SEO

Tridhya Tech has delivered a portal within the time frame and within the budget. Our end client was happy with the UI, UX, and overall functionalities of the portal.

We wanted to develop a collaborative for the learners, educational institutes and corporates. The platform was developed using advanced technologies such as React Native for cross-platform compatibility and Amazon AWS for backend and database management. The first step was to build the basic platform with proper testing and updates done. 

Then we focused on getting new functionalities developed to suit the requirements of our target market. The functionalities were developed keeping in mind that the UI/UX of the app should be simple to use. The Key deliverables where the learners panel, company panel and the super admin panel(which will be only for internal use).

The application is still under development but we are really happy with the results so far.

The application is still under development and we are happy with the results so far. We are almost ready for deployment and have achieved 90% of what the scope had outlined.

We have hired a team to work on our project dedicatedly. We scheduled calls twice a week to get updates on the completed/pending tasks. The project manager leads the team and delivered us app designs, the app builds, and all materials timely. He managed the whole process and gave us tremendous support.

Pages were delivered successfully before deadline, with all parts working and things where they needed to be, with animations as they needed to be. Any further adjustment requirements from us were also done extremely quickly.

Very friendly and open. We used a chat and call software to keep in touch, as well as email to share components and materials. Communication was frequent, honest and very friendly.

Increased traffic from the UI/UX implementation, 35% increase in conversion on payments and 10x increase in interest for potential partnerships caused by API availability.

A professional but still personal attitude, giving a sense of caring for the client. Most of the things were communicated through Skype either in text or multiple calls that were usually recorder so they could review the details afterwards.

Timelines were upheld, most of the time there were surprises that we had not accounted for, but in that case, development was sped up and made sure that the process was completed in time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail and understanding the client's requirements, asking questions and giving suggestions. Special mentions to Dhruval, Satyam and Karan that I've had most contact with and were spearheading the work and management.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps, putting even more focus on QA and extensive testing never hurts.

2 companies were considered for the project. I selected the vendor after finding them on a job board. We had some initial discussions over a phone call then another call with the developer that was going to do the work. I was the sole person that was involved with the selection process.

One of the main considerations was the vendors flexibility in the process as well as good communication. We started with a small project to confirm the capability of the developer and to iron on the process.

I provided requirements and feedback during the project as well as reviewing code submitted by the team. The team was responsible for core functionality in the application including security, user management, integrations with Square and address verification.

Mostly worked with an account manager and a developer. Their may have been some involvement from a project manager on their end as well. The team remained the same during the project.

Project was completed successfully and the end client was happy with the end product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I was engaged in the project and handled the project management from my end. I worked with the developer directly. We used skype for regular communication and all work was checked in to TFS.

The communication with this offshore team has been very good. No issues with language or the time barrier. We discussed what was completed and what to focus on next. Planning is the key with working with a offshore team to mitigate the time difference.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team, project managers and account managers work hard to make sure that the project moves forward and stays on track and are there to resolve any issues that arise.

The key thing that has distinguished them with some other vendors I have tried has been their communication as well as their understanding of business applications. I have not felt like I had to detail every piece of development for them.

So far, everything has worked well with the team. They are flexible and available to meet at convenient times, the developers I have worked with are very competent and offer their input to designs as well as ways to implement a solution.
