Tribus Technologies handles Recorder's website maintenance, infrastructure optimization, and cybersecurity systems. The team also provides consulting services for software development initiatives and mobile application maintenance. 
Tribus Technologies has implemented several key improvements, including server infrastructure optimization, which has led to better website performance and reduced downtime. The team has also implemented load balancing and scalability enhancements to handle traffic spikes more efficiently. Moreover, Tribus Technologies has conducted security audits and penetration testing, followed by implementing recommendations. The team has set up a firewall and intrusion detection systems to strengthen the platform against external threats. Tribus Technologies also provides regular updates and patch management to ensure that all systems remain secure and up to date.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have increased website uptime, maintaining near 100% availability even during peak traffic periods. We've also achieved faster page load times, improving overall user experience and engagement. Moreover, we've reduced response time to security threats, thanks to improved monitoring and alert systems. Finally, our internal workflows have become more efficient due to better infrastructure and streamlined development processes. 
Users have reported a noticeably faster and more stable browsing experience, especially during high-traffic events or breaking news. The editorial team has appreciated the increased reliability of the platform, which has allowed them to publish content more efficiently without technical disruptions. Stakeholders have highlighted the improved security posture, giving them more confidence in the platform's ability to handle sensitive content and data.

We collaborated in developing advanced mobile apps, custom software meaning web platforms and middle layer type of software and every project was delivered successfully. They are very proficient in identifying the exact needs of the client and focus straight to the point. I respect a lot the effort they put in testing the product before deploying it and how they manage all the tasks with ease.

The main measure comes from the high reliability of the products they developed and also the project management where all terms are respected with professionalism.

We almost never had delays in project, the meetings are brief to the extent of efficiency and every delay that occurred from change requests were mapped correctly and approved with the whole team.

Tribus provided us with an exclusive mobile application, built from scratch for our very specific, niche needs. And in continuation to this, we continue expanding together the features we make available to our communities on a constant base. To achieve that, they collaborate very closely with our CRM providers, as well as our employees, in order to understand in great detail the business logic we require. 

Our mobile application currently consists of many amazing features, including but not being limited to: 

• Community engagement 
• Event management (attendance tracking, guest enrollments, polls, choosing food menus, showing other participants, presenting the speakers in detail, providing post-event material etc 
• Profile management 
• Tracking of Members' events participation 
• Event check-in 
• Partners/sponsors information pages and offers towards the community

Throughout the entire collaboration, Tribus' team seems to be very engaged, not just delivering top notch designs and functionalities, but also taking the extra step to propose and provide cooler and better features in a timely manner.

With the help of Tribus Technologies we managed to succsesfully launch our ecommerce platform. They provided the custom middlelayer between Shopify and our ERP.
