We engaged Tribalism to design, create, and maintain a custom dashboard that integrated seamlessly with our Google Analytics account. This solution allowed us to provide our clients with real-time website traffic statistics, eliminating the need for monthly reports. Clients now had direct access to live data whenever they needed it, improving transparency and giving them more control over the information they relied on.

As part of this collaboration, the content on the dashboard needed to be maintained and kept up to date, ensuring the data presented remained accurate and relevant at all times.

In addition to the dashboard, Tribalism also provided invaluable training on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This training included keyword research and how to strategically use keywords to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.

Scott from Tribalism also assisted us by providing an analytical report on our website’s current performance, identifying key areas for improvement, and outlining actionable opportunities for enhancing our SEO efforts. This report was instrumental in shaping our ongoing digital strategy and helped us understand the changes required to boost our online presence.

The outcomes from our project with Tribalism were highly measurable and demonstrated clear progress in several key areas:

SEO Improvement: Our SEO saw remarkable improvement. We gained a deeper understanding of competitor activity, allowing us to identify strategic opportunities to optimise our website and improve its search rankings. This resulted in increased organic traffic and better visibility on search engines.

Time Efficiency: The implementation of the custom dashboards was a game-changer.
By providing our clients with live statistics through an easy-to-access interface, we eliminated the need for time-consuming monthly reports. This saved us a significant amount of time, allowing us to focus on other crucial areas of our business.

He breaks down even the more complex concepts into simple, manageable ideas, which made it so much easier for us to get on board with what we needed to do. We walked away feeling confident and ready to implement the strategies, knowing we had the support to do so.

Not that I can think of - BUT it does remind me we need to touch base with them!

Tribalism manages and optimises Google Ads campaigns for A Man’s Toyshop with the goal of increasing visibility, driving qualified traffic, and boosting conversions. The scope includes auditing existing campaigns, developing a tailored ad strategy, setting up or restructuring campaigns, and creating targeted ad groups, keywords, and ad copy. Ongoing management includes fortnightly check-ins with Scott, continual optimisation of bids and budgets, A/B testing, and strategic adjustments based on product updates, seasonal trends, and customer behaviour. Tribalism also provides expert advice and proactive suggestions to ensure campaigns stay aligned with our business goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes from our work with Tribalism have been really clear. Since implementing their Google Ads strategy, we've seen a noticeable increase in website traffic and improved engagement from more relevant customers. Our ad performance has improved across key metrics like click-through rates and cost per conversion, meaning we’re getting better results for the same (or less) spend. Most importantly, we’ve seen a lift in qualified leads and sales directly linked to our ads, showing that the campaign is reaching the right audience and driving real business results.

Tribalism really knows their stuff when it comes to search and analytics. We've been working with them for 8 years now and it's been a great experience. Scott has done an amazing job guiding us toward the most effective Google Ads approach for A Man’s Toyshop. Honestly, there’s really nothing to complain about. We’ve been happy with how everything’s been going. If anything, more frequent communication could be helpful but we also understand that Google Ads take time to show results. But generally we've been pleased with the progress and the ongoing support!
