Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The concept is to create an art trail guidance application that will allow visitors to register as a user of the app. They can then view and select possible locations to visit using inbuilt search and category functions, to create their own unique trail based on their own likes and taste.

Alternatively, they can choose from a trail setup by the administrator. The app would then optimise the locations to the shortest path and open the trail on a navigation system, such as Google Maps or Apple Maps and guide the users. On visiting the location, a popup will display to confirm they visited that location to help with statistics of visits.

Overall the development has been great. It has certainly been development too, as the original scope has chopped and changes as the ideas possibilities and limitations have been discovered. A more systematic method was needed for better tracking though as comms became difficult through a single channel. We moved to Asana for this. Overall communications could have been improved in general.

They're easy to work with; they transform our ideas into reality and adapt to changes.

As I said earlier communications. Also quality checks too. One area i felt was needed by the project, from Triaxo and our team was a quality check method so each release could get very possible combination of functions tested.

I’m CTO of a digital platform that connects the Deaf with interpreters.

For what projects/services did your company hire Triaxo Solutions, and what were your goals?

Our company is very lean and requires extra development resources in order to develop our mobile app. We hired Triaxo Solutions to create much of the digital platform in order to allow users to smoothly utilise our platform.

Comparing a number of freelance contractors on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, we selected them as they had extremely relevant past projects as well as very reasonable pricing.

First we provided wireframes of the application we wanted to build towards. Working with Umar and the team we were able to discuss the details of the application as we progressed through milestones.

This was all done in Flutter, connecting to a previously existing Firebase instance as we were shifting from a Progressive Web App to mobile native.

The app was built with extremely high quality and for a very reasonable budget. They completed each milestone on time and in many cases ahead of schedule. It was very fast and easy to communicate with the team. This is why I recommend them for my future projects!

Communication was easy, through the Upwork platform, including a kick off call and some syncs using google meets. Responses were fast, even with a time zone difference.

The work they've done with only a few developers has been impressive. Plus the fact they always met deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some bugs in the code during some of the complex milestones. They were quick to fix it once pointed out.

I am the founder and CEO of NKENNE.

We hired Triaxo to help us build our prototype, and then our MVP. We are also onboarding them for NKENNE for Students, a platform for professors to be able to utilize NKENNE for classrooms. At first, it was hard to find a company that could work with our time parameters, but Triaxo has been essential in the progress of NKENNE

We interviewed 12 different companies, and they were best fitted to do the job.

There has been so many, from building NKENNE prototype on android and iOS, to our Beta Launch, to Chat with Firebase (50%) features, to Chat with Firebase (100%) + User Reports, and more. But they have done a great job with all of them.

We have 5 team members working with us.

Within two months of our BETA launch, we have over 2k users, have recieved over $200K in grant funding, and preparing for our full app launch in September.

We meet with their team twice a week, and we are on daily dialogue on slack. We keep a timeline, and if things changes on the timeline, they are great at pivoting.

They are great at pivoting and for caring about the project at hand.

I cant think of anything. They are great.

We wanted to develop a meditation app to include our audiobooks that were already published on different retail stores and this company helped us doing that.

He was really responsive during our interviews and the CEO was one of the few that wanted to be seen on camera.

We use flutter to deliver our first MVP. When we saw a good response from our audience we continued to develop the app
