Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Tresor consistently hit deadlines and delivered very high quality work. When I did have feedback or requested changes, those changes were made quickly and with the same high quality. Tresor's design work was very cohesive, and consequently everything they worked on felt like it fit together well. They really defined our brand and carried that branding through everything that they worked on. They had a great feeling for UI and animations and overall we made minimal changes because we generally really liked what Tresor delivered

Iryna was always available and very clear in communication. She notified us early of any impending delays and worked hard to meet our deadlines even with extremely disruptive circumstances in her home country.

All of Tresor.tech's work was very polished, cohesive, and professional when sent across. As a crypto company, they regularly gave us what we were looking for on the first attempt, which made working with them easy and allowed us to move quickly

I’m a digital systems architect for a media house.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tresor.tech?

We were tasked with building a new website for one of our clients. We needed a company that could provide us with UI/UX design and web development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Tresor.tech to develop a WordPress site from scratch and provide UI/UX design and frontend development support. They also create Javascript frontend animation and custom graphics for the site.

We’ve worked with 3-4 people from Tresor.tech.

How did you come to work with Tresor.tech?

We put out a bid on a freelancing platform and got a bunch of applicants. Tresor.tech stood out because they immediately sent mock-ups of what the website could look like at no cost, showing us up front what we can get from them without charging anything. I thought that that was a really good show of faith and decided to go with them for this project.

We’ve spent around $10,000 so far.

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It was important that we get a professional and high-quality look and feel and modern design for this site, and so far, everything they’ve produced matches the client’s vision for the site. All the elements that they’ve created suit the client’s brand perfectly.

Tresor.tech uses the latest techniques and artistic concepts to deliver modern designs. They have highly skilled graphic artists and UI/UX designers, which is already great in and of itself, but they have also been able to effectively translate their UI/UX and design work into functional code. We’ve got exactly what they showed us in the mock-ups that they provided before the project started, which I’m very happy with.

How did Tresor.tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Tresor.tech has performed very well in terms of project management. They deliver what we need on time and have been very patient and understanding of the changes in the project’s timeline. 

We primarily communicate through email and Basecamp, which we use to track their progress and deliverables.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with Tresor.tech’s honesty, dedication, and quality of work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been a few grammatical errors with their work, so I’d say they could do a bit better in double-checking their work before delivering it to us.

I’m the owner of a car rental company. We rent out luxury cars.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tresor?

We needed help with UI/UX design. We found out that car rental companies in Europe generally had terrible, non-user-friendly websites. We didn’t want to be like them, so we wanted to create a modern-looking website that could make it easier for our users to reach us and order online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tresor did the UI/UX design for our website. They did the whole wireframing and desktop and mobile design. We started with an introduction call; Tresor outlined everything that was going to happen. We gave them our user personas, branding book, and specifications of what we wanted, but we also gave them artistic freedom to do what they thought was correct.

A few days after the call, Tresor sent us a wireframe of everything that would go on the website. After we approved it, they sent us the first design. We changed a few things, and they sent us the mobile design afterward. Tresor used Figma for the designs.

What is the team composition?

We spoke directly with one person, but five teammates had access to the Figma file. Other than that, we didn’t know how many people worked on the project.

How did you come to work with Tresor?

They were recommended by someone in the online industry who had used them. Tresor’s designs were some of the best we’d ever seen.

We worked together in February 2023; they delivered within two weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Tresor helped us achieve an A–Z experience for our clients, allowing them to order everything from a top-dollar-looking website. We asked them to match the design with our logo, and they matched the style spot-on. They delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Moreover, if there are 1,000 different design templates for car rental services online, we’ve probably seen them all. None of them compared to what Tresor did for us. We were surprised because they hit the target from the start. They were incredibly professional.

How did Tresor perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was good. They delivered on time and always kept us updated. We never had to chase anybody. We communicated via Google Meet and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were the best design company we ever worked with by far. Tresor deeply understood design. They knew their field and were spot-on.

No, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Hired Tresor.tech to make a website for our company. The main goal was to create a user-friendly website that would have a nice and modern look.

The decisive factors of the choice were: the competence of the employees during the consultation, the speed of communication, an impressive portfolio.

First the manager identified my needs, then worked out the structure of the site, agreed on the identity, processed the media content, after that made a prototype, agreed on it, received a ready-made site.

After the launch of the new site, the number of target customers increased 6 times: from three to eighteen. Customers like the new look of our website.
