There were 2 applications. One was an IOS, Android Application.The other was an application to used Odoo Modules to create a flow for the movement of products from a central warehouse into airline trolleys for sales onboard.

Unfortunatley the results and delivery were not up to my expectations. Upon trying to get clarity and results I encountered a lot of pushback and refered back to the person who refereed me.

Unsatisfactory. Not helpfull and constant pushback when I pointed out what I felt was not within the expected deliverables.

Nothing.
Unique, the owner was rude and arrogant and refused to engage with me to solve the problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TraceNcode Technologies PVT LTD could have done differently?

Yes, they could have listened and tried to solve the issues. Instead the owner insisted that he had done what I asked him more than once. There was obviously a huge disconnect and unfortunatly I lost a lot of money due to the nom deliverable. Having said that the owner insisted that his team had delivered. 
Unfortunatley for this was not the case.
