ToXSL Technologies worked with us on the IoT and AI components of the project, beginning with discussions around our operational requirements and the type of information we wanted to collect, process, and analyze. The engagement covered requirements analysis, technical architecture, IoT development, data handling, AI integration, testing, and refinement. The IoT side of the project focused on establishing a structured way for relevant connected devices or operational data sources to communicate with the software environment. The intention was to move away from information being isolated at individual points and toward a more centralized view of the available data. The AI component then focused on making that information more useful. Rather than simply collecting large amounts of data, we wanted to explore how intelligent processing could help identify patterns, surface relevant information, and support operational analysis.

The project management experience was professional and collaborative. The ToXSL team maintained communication during the development process and was willing to discuss both technical questions and changes in requirements. This was important because an IoT and AI project naturally involves a degree of discovery once the technology is being tested against real workflows. We appreciated that the team did not simply proceed with the original requirements whenever we raised a concern. They were willing to listen, explain the available options, and make adjustments where appropriate. During testing, for example, there were situations where we wanted to examine a particular data flow more closely or clarify how an AI component should interpret information. The team worked through those questions with us rather than treating them as outside the original scope without discussion. Overall, we were satisfied with the engagement. There are, however, a few things that could make a future IoT and AI project even stronger. With connected systems, it is useful to define expected behavior for normal data, incomplete data, unexpected readings, communication interruptions, and other edge cases before development progresses too far. We would also welcome more detailed documentation around the AI component, particularly concerning how outputs should be evaluated and monitored after deployment. Another improvement would be to have a more extensive dashboard or reporting layer from the beginning, depending on the final use case. at the beginning and before start talking about the project itself I would like to bring to the attention of those reading this review about the above company that when you go through google reviews and especially upwork reviews keep on your mind that most of these reviews are fake and generated by their own staff and through third party platforms about our project : we hired this company two years ago , at that time our website was already in the market generating good sales on monthly basis however it was not compatible for any expansion plans and not friendly with digital marketing techniques that's why we hired toxsl company

after two years the outcome includes :

• we are out of the market because the website Hanover delayed for more than one year we lost our money that we paid completely for incomplete project
• poorly performing website with an average performance according to gtmetrix of 50-60 % poor security as we realized that they did not apply firewall the seller platform was not done at all website delivered in one language only because of lack of security
• the website traffic went significantly down and instead of running aggressive marketing campaigns we are now working to hire new developer to fix what this did and complete what they did not complete the outcome is big zero

communication through upwork management style was really poor and for me at was the first time dealing with such company poor communication , over the whole period of contract we kept repeating the same comments and feedback , all deliveries not tested. We test the deliveries to highlight simple defects that suppose to be noticed by toxsl team. Defects on the platform never improved.

what is unique about this company : fake reviews especially in google and upwork no commitments if you focus with the negative feedback on google and upwork you will find all the complains about the lack of commitments and professional attitude from the team you're dealing with
