Torii came in as a strategic partner to help us evaluate the maturity of our frontend stack and development workflows. They began with a detailed audit of our codebase, component architecture, and tooling, then worked with our engineering leadership to define a roadmap focused on scalability, consistency, and speed.

From there, they rebuilt parts of our frontend foundation—refactoring legacy code, introducing modern patterns (hooks, context, atomic design), and delivering a robust library of high-quality, reusable components and services.
They also aligned us around frontend best practices: Git workflows, consistent styling conventions, CI enhancements, and a scalable project structure.
The result was a much cleaner, faster, and more maintainable frontend environment.
