The strategic product planning and roadmap, and User interface/user experience design aimed at achieving an interactive interface with the end user, Backend development and third party API integrations (EHR/EMR, wearable technologies, tele-promo tools, Artificial intelligence integrated symptom checker and chatbot, Post-stress testing and support were other important deliverables.
The ultimate tool was a complete, secure, and scalable mobile app that could be used in both marketing interaction and the provision of healthcare services.

The most striking aspect of them was that they managed to create a union between healthcare technology and strategy of marketing which is very uncommon. They did not only provide a product but they provided a strategic tool that took our engagement and operational goals to another level.

In terms of the procedure, we begin with a meeting to discuss our goals, be they a solution or an improvement on an existing one. There is back and forth communication about setting everything up, and we look to them for guidance and insight, as well as what they have observed and believe is the best course of action. They then provide us with an excellent statement of work and hold a kickoff meeting to begin the assignment.
