In terms of the procedure, we begin with a meeting to discuss our goals, be they a solution or an improvement on an existing one. There is back and forth communication about setting everything up, and we look to them for guidance and insight, as well as what they have observed and believe is the best course of action. They then provide us with an excellent statement of work and hold a kickoff meeting to begin the assignment.

Over the years, our relationship has grown stronger, and the dealer portal they developed was excellent. Additionally, we've heard that the platform is incredibly user-friendly, which has helped our dealer base succeed and respond well.

In general, we are pleased with the ease with which our clients can access, review, and pay invoices. We're seeing an increase in the number of users on our portal, a rise in customer self-service, and overall business growth.
