I am the director of a small Company that provides Services and Equipment to the production section of the Wine Industry

To have contracted/outsourced IT support, that is reliable, secure, responsive and personalised

Through word of mouth recommendation

We use Toniolo to mangage the hosting of our windows and other 3rd party cloud based systems. Through this they also manage our cyber security

What was the team composition?

Toniolo is fronted by David Toniolo, whom is our account manager. David is very effective at managing our systems with his support team behind him. He has real skills in explaining how the systems they use are working and is extremely responsive to an issues and queries from any of my staff.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes from using Toniolo is that as a company director I feel secure in the knowledge that we have had very little interruptions due to IT issues of the last 3 years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow between Toniolo is always very responsive and with a resolution

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness, personalised communication. Cost effectiveness

It is difficult to provide tangible metrics, however we have great comfort in knowing that our solutions are best of breed
