I’m a freelance web developer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tomasz Pluta?

I wanted to improve my profile on social media, so I hired Tomasz (Photographer & Digital Artist) to help me out.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was not a big project. I searched online for samples of what I wanted and showed it to Tomasz, who then showed me some of his own works as well. We incorporated both of our ideas and experience before moving on to take the actual photos that I could use for my LinkedIn profile and private website.

I mostly spoke to Tomasz.

I came across his portfolio online and saw that he had very nice photos, so I decided to hire him.

I spent 2,000 zlotys (approximately $500 USD).

The whole project was finished in one week in March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can’t really say that the photos alone helped me gain new contracts, because it was my experience that factored into that, but people who saw the new photos thought they were good and very professional.

How did Tomasz Pluta perform from a project management standpoint?

Our communication was very good and everything was done quite fast because it was a simple project. We mostly talked over the phone. During the shoot, he gave me clear instructions on how to pose. He delivered on his promise of providing me the finished product after a week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything he communicated was very clear. He produced really professional photos for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was really happy with our cooperation, so there’s nothing I would’ve changed.
