BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Founder and Creative Head of The Humanity Express. It is an organization which deals with integrated and natural learning systems for teachers. I am responsible for the overall effective working of the organization.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire TOGC (The Online Growth Company)?

Our website was not up to the mark and was incomplete. It was not very organized and not appealing at all. We wanted to upgrade it so as to get in more leads to our work which is teacher training and experiential learning through nature.

We assigned the website redesigning and up-gradation to TOGC. Now, it is much better and we are looking at more leads generated and sales happening in the near future.

What were your goals for this project?

1. We wanted our target audience to know about our work.

2. We wanted one platform where we can showcase our services and products along with registering and buying options as well. This new website built by TOGC has all the features we need and will get us exactly what we were looking for... business growth.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were scouting for people on Linked In, when we happened to speak with Mr. Raghav Kishorepuria, Director, TOGC. We spoke at length to understand each other first. I have spoken to other vendors and they were not ready to give the type of support we wanted, which is after project support whenever required.

TOGC fit into that bill and was ready to teach us how to maintain the project on our own. Only after that we went ahead with getting the project done. I was the main person who is in the selection process.

Describe the project in detail.

The organization's website was not doing great and we were not getting any leads. Our content was not put up in an organized manner and clients were not getting the correct picture about our work. We needed to restructure the whole site along with the content, photos etc.

We provided the content and the photos and the criteria about our work, while TOGC provided the tech support to get the whole thing done with our inputs and feedback.

What was the team composition?

TOGC had its team of 3 people - the web designer, the colour and content editor, the digital marketeer. I (Vishnupriya Hathwar) was the point of contact with TOGC

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month, the website has been remade. It has become smoother to handle and easier to load. Clients have given 4 star ratings for the working of the website. Though this is a recent event and we are yet to generate some sales, the reach has been higher than before, the traffic generated have been 2x more than before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

TOGC has been very transparent with their work ethics and work timings. We have not faced any issues with the project being late or things not working out properly. The quality of work is up to the mark and on time.

The TOGC team has also been very nice, courteous in talking to us and answering our queries (and we have asked a lot of questions). The transition of work from their end to ours has been very smooth and without any problems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. Their behaviour with us. They have been VERY calm and courteous with us when we posed questions right from the beginning.

2. Their simplicity in work. They put across their work, explaining everything in such a simple way, we could understand it immediately. Also, they never took names and showed attitude about their work.

3. Their work timings - they always kept to the time they promised. If they needed more time, we were notified immediately with the reasons as to why they require more time.

4. Their honesty in work and communication were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing I can think of now. I am happy with them and their work
