SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Todquest Enterprises Pvt Ltd developed multiple management systems and software, including a human resources management system (HRMS) portal for our employees. The team was responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying each software solution.

First, we shared information regarding our challenges and gave them access to our existing platform. Then, they designed the UX/UI and developed the HRMS solution from scratch. For example, we were having issues with the drawstring on our existing platform, so the team designed the new management solution with that in mind. 

They created a mobile and web app version of the HRMS portal, and users can access it via Android and iOS. The HRMS portal helps us manage leads and create rosters for our part-time and full-time employees. We can also create timesheets, and employees can use the portal to log their hours. Todquest Enterprises Pvt Ltd has also integrated the solution with our payroll provider. 

The team also built an EdTech solution and developed a mobile app that enables users to check in whenever they visit our educational centers. Each center has access to an administrative portal to view their visitor details. 

We also worked with Todquest Solutions Pvt Ltd to develop a waitlist management software. Potential customers can use the software to register with one of our centers, and our staff can contact them when a spot opens up.

We started working together in December 2019, and our last project ended in February 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been delighted with the HRMS portal that Todquest Enterprises Pvt Ltd built. We’ve been using the software for about a year, and are pleased with the results. Their software solutions have helped us manage our rosters and streamline our lead management processes. 

Our company runs differently than others, so Todquest Enterprises Pvt Ltd catered software solutions to our specific use cases, which was nice. The look and feel of the software they built are customizable according to the user. 

How did Todquest Enterprises Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

The team met deadlines and was very helpful. This was our first time partnering with a software company, so we had a lot of stakeholders involved, and they handled everything quite well. Moreover, they incorporated our feedback into each solution while delivering it on schedule. They used Figma and Trello to manage tasks, and we communicated via Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by their ability to identify the issues with our existing systems and how they were affecting our business processes. The team used the uncovered issues to inform their approach to building new solutions, resulting in customizable software that meets our needs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing they could improve on; we were satisfied with the partnership.
