I’m the general manager of HR of an education technology software company.

We hired them to provide IT staff augmentation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TMA provides us with IT contractors. We write the job descriptions, and they provide candidates for us to interview. They’ve helped us hire full stack engineers and C# technology stack engineers. 

What is the team composition?

We currently work with two contractors hired through TMA. 

How did you come to work with TMA Solutions?

We found them through a referral from our CFO. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $300,000–$400,000 AUD (approximately $210,000–$280,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our measure of TMA's success is finding the right candidates and our continued engagement. They provide resources very fast when we need them. Moreover, their contractors have integrated with our team very well, and they also collaborate with each other, which is helpful for us.

How did TMA Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They're good at communication, meeting deadlines, and staying on budget. We use email to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with the readiness of candidates that TMA has provided. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to create a team to work on the project rather than distributing the work across different teams.
