Tigren was hired to upgrade our Magento website from v2.3.5 to latest version v2.4.6, which included updating the core of the website, update the main theme and third party extensions, fix any compatibility issues with the design and extensions. The scope of work also included developing and improving a custom module to better search customers for our sales team, and implement new Magento Extensions.

At the beginning of the project, Tigren deployed a TEST site, based on the initial version of our website. They gave me access to that TEST site so I could follow the progress and the work being done. The team manager Mark gave me daily and/or weekly update of the tasks being worked on/completed.

The project was supervised by one manager Mark, who was very responsive, listened to our concerns or questions and reacted quickly when an issue occur. They delivered the final product on time. Mark was a real pleasure to work with, very competent and professional.
