We have been working with Tigren since 2017 and in that time they have completed a number of projects on our behalf which included moving us to Magento 1.9 in 2017 , 2.3 in 2020 , 2.4 in 2021 and they assisted with our transition to Shopify in 2023 and helped us maintain the Magento server and sites as we made the transition. 
Tigren also developed the option extension we used on the Magento websites which saved us thousands of hours in time and then they developer their own version of the app for Shopify which helped us considerably and was one of the main reasons moving to Shopify was possible for us. Tigren have also in the last 12 months helped us launch 2 more stores as well as to assist with optimising the performance of the Shopify stores. Tigren were invaluable in the years we operated Magento websites and without their expertise I doubt we could have kept our Magento website performing as the did. 
Every task taken on my Tigren has been completed on time and within budget and I have never been able to fault their work.

The measure outcome was that our sales doubles every 2 years from 2017 onwards until 2023 and this happened due to the options extension designed by Tigren. This extension also allowed one person to manage 400 custom products were before it was difficult for a team of 5 people to manage so it also saved us money. Our sales have increased due to our relationship with Tigren.

I am a hands on person and I like to be kept in the loop and I explained this to the team at Tigren and so they have always kept me updated with emails and messages letting me know what stage of a task they are at and when I can expect completion of tasks or even parts of tasks. I have found the communications of Tigren to be one of their best attributes over the last 9 years.

I would have to say the most impressive aspect of Tigren must be how they always find solutions even to the most obscruce issues and this was shown  in 2020 when Magento decided to cease security updates for Magento 1.9. During COVID Tigren managed to move us to Magento 2.3 and write a version of our options extension for Magento 2.3 all within 3 weeks.

Everyone can always find issues if you really look for them but for me the services provided by Tigren have been so impressive the good has far outshined any set backs we had along the way. Tigren have 100% of my trust and if they say it will take 3 week then I know I can trust them and it will take 3 weeks.

At the beginning of the project, Tigren deployed a TEST site, based on the initial version of our website. They gave me access to that TEST site so I could follow the progress and the work being done. The team manager Mark gave me daily and/or weekly update of the tasks being worked on/completed.
