Delivered components included: - Home and About pages - New Arrivals and Best Sellers pages - Product pages (listing and details) - Policies & FAQs page (with accordion-style dropdowns) - News page (listing and details) - Contact page (business info, Google Maps, contact form) - Utility features: Shopping cart, checkout information, and registration/login (via website account, Facebook, or Google) - Member account management: personal info updates, address management, password changes, order history, and address book - Payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and QR code scanning - Order integration with Google Sheets and scheduled pop-ups - On-page SEO optimization: image optimization, minimum PageSpeed ​​score of 90/100 (mobile and desktop), Google Analytics and Search Console setup, Google submission, GEO tags, and 404 page optimization.

The new website allows customers to place orders online, pay via QR code or Cash on Delivery (COD), and track their orders directly through their accounts—eliminating the need to message us to check order status as before.

Collaborating with Thuy Thu went smoothly; the working atmosphere was pleasant, yet we strictly adhered to the agreed-upon schedule and processes. Communication took place primarily via email, with occasional quick messages when urgent confirmation was needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed by how orders are automatically fed into Google Sheets, allowing us to track and process them much faster than with our previous manual management method.

The mobile display interface for the QR code payment section initially needed adjustment for better clarity, but it was quickly updated following feedback.

Thuy Thu Agency was responsible for customizing the ID Town website interface according to the client's provided templates, including 10 interfaces, bilingual Vietnamese (default) - English. The delivered items include:

• Overview page (landing page)
• Planning & Amenities page: list + details, map with blinking effects and hover pop-ups (using the map image provided by the client, not Google Maps) 
• Floor Plan & Show House page: list + details, similar map effects
• Apartment Show page: list + details of images, image gallery with zoom, forward/backward functions
• News page: list + details, categorization of internal/market news, Facebook and Twitter sharing
• Contact page: short introduction, image gallery, contact form
• Email subscription form, Google Analytics, third-party online chat (Zalo/Hotline/Messenger), Rank Math SEO support

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The newly launched website clearly showcases the location and amenities of the ID Town project, and the floor plan features a flashing effect, making it more visually appealing for viewers exploring the apartments.

We communicated with Thuy Thu via email, in a relaxed manner, without any rush. Progress was good, and any revisions were discussed gradually; they patiently listened to all our suggestions.

What we liked was that the floor plan map was made exactly according to the image we sent, instead of using Google Maps; it looked more in line with the project's branding.

We sent the map images a little late, so Thuy Thu had to wait a bit longer; it's not their fault.
