The new booking system accurately displays real-time room availability, and the manual booking feature allows us to manage offline reservations without scheduling conflicts.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We worked with Thuy Thu via email and some online meetings, carefully checking each case of displaying room status (available/out of room) because this is the core logic of the booking system. In some cases, the initial display is not accurate, requiring multiple checks and corrections.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We highly appreciate the accuracy of the manual booking creation feature, which automatically blocks the corresponding slots on the web interface, thereby preventing scheduling conflicts between online and offline channels.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thuỷ Thủ Agency could have done differently?

The logic for displaying room availability (e.g., "Book Now" vs. "No Room") requires more rigorous testing from the outset across various real-world scenarios, as this function directly impacts the guest's booking experience.
