It was truly impressive how they took ownership of the project like a full-time team member, worked on it around the clock, and responded very quickly in urgent situations. They have a wonderfull comunication. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism. They are truly experts in their field and highly knowledgeable.

I think they are perfect. They should continue doing whatever they’re doing – it clearly works.

Thing conductes Usability test for Zsa Zsa Zsu website to spot what works, what doesn't work and what can work better. Completion of the research they completed the redesign of the webste built on key learnings from researchi their expertise and brand book guidance.

They were always on time and quite flexible to the last minute inavailabilities of us. They were quite patient on managin a client like us where feedbck is not clear in the first go. They alway came with can do approach.

The finalized SuperApp design increased stakeholder engagement by 35% during prototype testing. Usability test scores improved by 40%, and the client approved all key flows in the first review cycle — shortening the development timeline significantly.
