Thincture promised to deliver leads on monthly basis so we basically outsourced the lead generation process to this sales company.

The number of leads generated monthly.

Thincture didn't generate any leads or appointments in the given time and the biggest problem is that they didn't pay back the money according to the signed contract. In other words I contracted them because they offered a money back guarantee in case they will not be able to generate leads and then they got stuck when they money needed to be reinbursed to our company.
