TheSaaSPeople is a fractional technical team: full-stack engineering, product design, and AI integration for startups, SMBs, and government bodies. Founded in 2025, we are a fully remote studio that has shipped more than twenty production products across years of building.

We are deliberately not a generalist agency. Our work has clustered around three areas where we have learned how to ship things that survive the real world.

The first is custom ERP for traditional industries. We have built a textile ERP that tracks every metre of fabric from goods receiving to dispatch, dyeing batches, labour costing, party ledgers, challan trails, and a full school management ERP that replaced spreadsheets and paper registers across admissions, fees, payroll, attendance, and results. These are not configurations of off-the-shelf software. They are systems modelled on how each business actually runs.

The second is government and public-sector software. We have built a civic traceability portal for a metropolitan municipal authority that tracks construction and demolition waste from source to authorised disposal: every truck, trip, and tonne, with live compliance dashboards and violation detection for officials. The reason public bodies commission systems like this is to make violations provable, so enforcement becomes possible.

The third is offline-first and compliance-grade software for remote or regulated environments. Our offline-first weighbridge system has run across remote industrial sites with patchy connectivity, using CRDT-based synchronisation so two sites can operate disconnected and merge their data automatically when reconnected, paired with tamper-evident audit trails for regulators.
