What specific goals or objectives did you hire TheBaseo to accomplish?

We were nowhere on the map. I wanted us in the top 3 when somebody around here searches landscapers near me or paver patio installation, so the phone rings with our own booked calls instead of me buying the same Angi lead as four other guys
I needed booked jobs before the spring rush, not a year out. So the goal was Local Services Ads and our Google Business Profile cleaned up in two weeks, then a page for every service in every town we actually run crews in, and let it compound from there

TheBaseo runs our lawn care and landscaping marketing under one roof. They rebuilt our Google Business Profile, set up Local Services Ads and Google Ads geo-fenced to the routes we actually service, with call tracking on every number. On the site they wrote and built a page for each service and each town we cover, including the hardscape and irrigation work, and rebuilt the pages so a visit turns into a quote request. They also run the review system and send one monthly report on calls, quote requests and cost per job. No social media, no branding, just the stuff that books work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Booked calls off Google went from about 14 a month to 47 in seven months, tracked with call tracking on the LSA and every service page. Out of those we closed 9 hardscape and paver patio jobs and 12 recurring maintenance accounts. First spring we bought zero shared leads

Cost per booked job went from around $540 on Angi to roughly $58 between LSA and organic. We hold the map pack top 3 in 6 of the 9 towns we target, reviews went from 21 to 74 at 4.8 stars, and the paver patio page brings in jobs averaging $3,800, some over $12K

Straightforward and on schedule. We got a plan with dates up front, the profile and the ads went live in the first two weeks, and the town pages came out when they said they would. One person handled everything, so we never had to relay messages between an SEO guy and an ads guy. Emails answered the same day, and when we picked up two new towns mid-season they had the pages and the ad targeting updated that week.

That they only work with landscapers, and it shows. They knew our slow months and where the money is before we explained anything, so the plan went after patios and irrigation instead of cheap mowing clicks. They also told us what to fix ourselves before they took a dime, and never promised a ranking or a lead count. No contract either, so they have to earn it every month.
