My company is managing all logitics and supply for some companies any I am director and accounts head at this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tesseract TechnoLabs, and what were your goals?
I have to manage all inventory details and all accounts manually which was very ardious task and time consuming also and most importantly there can be human error in calculations So I hired tesseract technolabs to create a website where I can manage all my day to day tasks quickly and without any error.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I know about them by my friend because they have done very great work for him so he recommend them and I met them and their behavior and confidence looks promising for me and also their previous projects were too good so I finally decided to give this project to them.

This projects was very complex to make because they have to create fully management of our company which include accounting, counting of products,employees,queries and much more. We also can manage separately for all companies.They have ussd django framework of python to make this website which is latest technology in the market right now.

They have given 2 software developer and one tech lead to work with me for this project.

They have given every feature I want in my website to avoid any type of hassle and their behavior is great for me and given full satisfaction to my requirements. I must recommend them for any IT related work.

They are great at project management as they divide my project into phases and given fix time to each phase and they used skype and meet phyically to communicate with me for any doubt and they have completed all phases on right time and deliver me within my time limit.

Their communication skills, great command over new technologies and willingness to give satisfaction to their client is unique quality of this company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don't think they are weak in any area because they are working on new technologies and giving output with quality and in time limit.
