Our process, the Technology Impact Assessment, is a value-driven approach to creating custom digital solutions that will deliver successful results. The process is broken out into four phases: 

Discover - A high-level snapshot of your project where we ask questions, uncover unknowns and document and prioritize your needs.

Scope - A detailed technical scope of the entire project starting with the features that will make the greatest impact on your organization.

Implement - The design and development of the project.

Improve - We will work with you to further collaborate on, and take advantage of opportunities to improve the product.

This process allows us to answer unknowns before starting design and development allowing a faster, more efficient use of time and resources. Also, Terrostar is a Midwest/US-based team. There is no offshore outsourcing of our work.
