easyap.com....we help our customers with their AP an AR invoice processes. We are experts in electronic invoicing. I am the Operations manager

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Terminus Labs, and what were your goals?

Terminus started to work with us in april 2021. The project is ongoing and has no end date as they are helping us develop and mantain the systems we already had.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had several interviews with other vendors and with Terminus. After many meetings with them we felt Terminus understood our needs and has the skills and energy to help us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our systems are web based. We work with more than 100 customers and have over 15.000 users. We first wanted Terminus to understand and learn our systems, then we asked them to review some of the areas and now they work daily developing new functionalities , correcting bugs and supporting our project managers.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are 3 people. They all work as a team and they organized internally based on the topic and workload

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With Terminus we changed completely the way we implement the changes to the production system after testing We have gained security as we have a reliable buckup supplier with them Several devolpments have been made in our scope of activity all of them delivered with good quality and on time

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use jira as CRM. We open tickets and prioritize them so Terminus has a work line. We have a weekly meeting to discuss and have online meetings as often as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our systems are complex and "old" (we have been developing for more than 20 years now). but they have understood and adapted themselves but also provide differnt and very valuable approches to our requirements

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we have made a good group and have common understanding of what is needed. Probably we should have had a different approach to the introduction and learning of our systems
