I work for MigrantCard Informatics under Easy Loyalty. We provide solutions to improve the quality of analog systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with TeqStudio Services?

We wanted to integrate an application with a point of sales solution, as our system was outdated.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TeqStudio Services provided developments from an API we provided for them. The team built the application in C++.

What is the team composition?

We worked with about four people, including the owner and three members of the technical development team.

How did you come to work with TeqStudio Services?

We found TeqStudio Services through an outsourcing company. Initially, they built us a website which we were pleased with, so when the opportunity to work with them again came up we acted on it.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $60,000 with TeqStudio Services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with TeqStudio Services in 2014, and our relationship with them is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We don’t track any specific success metrics, but we have about eight applications with them, and they provide support services for each one. Whenever we have new projects we want to develop, we go to TeqStudio Services. 

How did TeqStudio Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed really well. The only thing we’ve had any issues with so far in our engagement with TeqStudio Services has been occasional delayed response times as a result of the time difference. 

Aside from that challenge, TeqStudio Services provides great support for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing is much better than the other quotes we received.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Aside from the time difference, they don’t have any shortcomings. In terms of technology, they give us the best products.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend them for any project. If you have a time-sensitive issue, they will be ready to give you excellent service.
