Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and owner of Wayz sneakers. We design, source and sell worldwide ethically made sneakers, with eco-friendly materials.

For what projects/services did your company hire Teo Group, and what were your goals?

We hired Teo Group to develop a new page on our online store. He developed our e-commerce in 2019, made some updates in 2020 and we hired him again in 2021, to develop a new page on the online store. We needed this page to launch a new product and we also made some updates.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contact him directly, as we are working with him since 2019. He knows our online store, he understands our needs and it's easy to work with.

We use a Shopify template. We told him what we wanted and André developed the new page, and also some product pages.

It was a simple job. We communicated by email, phone, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's easy to work with and Andre is really friendly and helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Technically, everything was perfect. It could have been faster, we needed two weeks more than we expected, to finish some details.
