I am a Project Manager in Nordfx. Our company provides access to financial markets, analytics to the Foreign Exchange markets world wide. With multiple licenses we operate on a global scale with offices world wide.

For what projects/services did your company hire TenThousand, and what were your goals?

In order to gain more customers, in early 2021, NordFX made decision to implement Mobile trading platform. To reach the goal NordFX got a partnership with TenThousand inc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After researching various of outsourcing companies, NordFX found the TenThousand website. After reviewing the list of services that TenThousand provides, NordFX decided to leave the request and try to get more details according to the development and account processes. Services provided by TenThousand inc. served the interests of NordFX.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

By working closely with TenThousand team NordFX had rollout first MVP at the end of April 2021. This opportunity allowed us a chance to lead traffic and test mobile market. The end of 2021 NordFX app had 1000 of active traders which was proud to have our mobile experience.

Early on, the TenThousand team had many call sessions with NordFX team to get as much detail as possible about the product's specs. The second step was planning the design of the mobile application. TenThousand team prepared backlog, after NordFX approved the design future app. The TenThousand software engineering team evaluated the tasks and agreed timelines with the NordFX team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Preprocessing was well because TenThousand understood all of the platform's needs before development started. Vendor approved with us all features the app must have and provides us information about possible pitfalls and extra expenses.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be great to make a technical documents for a future developers to help them easy navigate across the code.
